Thoughts of Moira by Pipe Major Gordon H. C. Rogers is a slow air written in memory of Moira Jones who was tragically murdered in Glasgow's Queens Park in May 2008.

I hope this arrangement and recording emanates some happy memories of Moira and can give some comfort to all those who loved and cared for her.

Thank you to Mike Vass for his expert mix and master and also to Alison Mackenzie for introducing me to the tune.
